It is a food-grade product produced from fresh coconut meat which is dried, defatted and finely grinded to produce a flour texture. It is a high-quality protein product, and has a low fat content of 10% and mesh size of 80. This product offers a good amount of essential amino acids. It is used to enhance the flavor of products such as chocolate and vanilla. It also improves the texture of baked products.
