Shallots, Dehydrated

Shallots, Dehydrated are dried flakes from the vegetable. This product appears as a purplish-white flake, with a taste and aroma typical after hydration. It can be used in specialty breads, in vegetable mixes, quiches and choquettes.

PANEMEX began in the mill and started it's first diversification in the late 80s when they began to manufacture products for specialty flours and Front baking. Now they are a global supplier of premixes and seed mixes for special breads to wholesalers, manufacturers and millers. They offer their customers custom blends based on cubes of fruit, flour, flakes and/or grains.
