Sinora Potatoes

Sinora is a very high yielding dual purpose variety, suitable for crisping and French fries production. The skin color is yellow and the flesh color is light yellow. Sinora has oval tubers with shallow eyes. The size is uniform and the yield is good. The cooking type is rather floury, and the French fries and crisping quality is good. The tuber numbers are very good and the dry matter content is rather high. Sinora is suitable for cultivation on most soil types. Sinora is cultivated in the Mediterranean area for early crisp production. In the North Western part of Europe, Sinora is produced for the French Fries and flakes industry.
