REAXIS® C160 is a high-activity solid inorganic tin based catalyst used in the synthesis of organic esters and plasticizers. Made of Stannous Oxalate, this product can be used to complete conversions with short reaction times due to high catalytic activity with minimal secondary reactions and colored by-products when compared to acid catalysts. REAXIS® C160 is non-corrosive and can be used at concentrations ranging from 0.01 - 0.2 wt% at 160 - 260°C.
