AZO77HSA

Documents

AZO77HSA is an exceptionally small particle size French Process in powder form, statistically measured zinc oxide formed from zinc metal. AZO77HSA was explicitly developed to have the highest viscosity, reactivity, purity, and fineness. This grade is used in can sealants, latex compounds, zinc chemicals, plastics, paint/coating, and in the food can liner coating industry where the particularly fine particles freely convert certain accessible soluble into white sulfide, thus avoiding discoloration of food from sulfides of tin or iron. AZO77HSA is available with surface treatment (AZO77HSA-T), has a surface area range of 8.0 to 10.0 m2 /g, a specific gravity of 5.6, and an apparent density of 20 to 40 (lbs. /cu. Ft.).
