Ethyl Hexanoate Natural, ≥98%, FCC, FG, product number W243914, also known as Caproic acid ethyl ester or Ethyl caproate, is a clear, colorless liquid. It has a fruity flavor resembling apple, and is used as a flavoring agent in foods and beverages. Its most common application is flavoring beer.
