Natural Red Color (1972) appears as a brown red powder with white particles, and a final color of pink red to red depending on the applications, pH and usage levels. This product is composed of maltodextrin, vegetable juice concentrates and citric acid. Natural Red Color (1972) is used to color beverages, drink mixes, candy, gummy bears, fruit jelly, fruit filling, fruit juice, tomato paste, salsa, nectar, ice cream, and other foods.
