Dipotassium Phosphate is the dipotassium salt of Phosphoric Acid which functions as a stabilizing salt, buffer, and sequestrant. Potassium is mildly alkaline with a pH of 9. It is soluble in water with a solubility of 170gms per 100ml of water at 25C. This product when used as a food additive or preservative is highly effective in preventing coagulation, and is commonly used in non-dairy creamer as a buffering agent. It can also be used in dry powder beverages and mineral supplements.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
