High Oleic Safflower Oil comes from the safflower and is produced through the vegetable oil in the seeds. It is a light yellow to golden color and is in the form of a oily liquid. It has a neutral odor and flavor while is low in saturates, high in monounsaturates, has no cholesterol, and is trans free. High Oleic Safflower Oil is used in dried fruits, liquid flavor dispersant, seasonings, and nutritional supplements.
