LBG-312

LBG-312 is a natural butter flavor produced from raw dairy materials. It has buttery, greasy, and browned butter characteristics, a creamy, somewhat pasty texture, and a balanced butter taste. During the production process enzymes are added to the butter in order to create a specific butter flavor profile by optimized fermentation. The product is used as a flavoring agent and flavor enhancer in processed cheese, cheese analogs, margarine, spreads, shortenings, and bakery products.
