Dipotassium Phosphate is a colorless or white crystal granule. It is mainly used in the food industry as a buffering agent, chelating agent, yeast food, emulsifying salt, and a synergistic agent of anti oxidation. It is a food additive used to lower acid levels in processed foods and to lower sodium levels in low-sodium cheeses. It is also used as a stabilizer in non-dairy creamers and a protein stabilizer in weight training drinks and powder mixes.
