HT10,000 Low Microbial Spring Wheat Flour

HT 10,000 Low Microbial Spring Wheat Flour is great for applications where flour is eaten raw. This product is produced from hard, red, spring wheat bleached and enriched flour that has been specifically treated to reduce the microbiological content. This flour has been produced in accordance with 21CFR 137. If stored in a cool, dry area this product has a shelf life of six months. This product is GMO free and Kosher certified.
