Ginger, Frozen Culinary Purée

Ginger, Frozen Culinary Purée is a frozen product prepared from freshly harvested tuber rhizomes of the ginger plant which are washed, diced and frozen in China then puréed and frozen at SupHerb Farms. It is hot, tangy and refreshing with a rich, warm aroma and a slightly acidic note. The appearance of the ginger can be golden yellow or blushing pink with small fibers and has a particle size of < 2.5 mm. This product is popular in dishes throughout Asia. It is good added to meat, poultry and seafood, in soups, sauces and marinades. This product is GRAS, GMO free, and Kosher certified.
