Marsala Cooking Wine

Marsala Cooking Wine is the product of the alcoholic fermentation of the juice of grapes, which is then baked, fortified and salt, is added. This product has a bright, clear, dark amber color, and is free from cloudiness. It has a clean Marsala wine flavor and aroma, free from foreign flavor or aroma. Marsala Cooking Wine has an alcohol content of 17.0 – 18.0%, a Volatile Acidity (Tartaric Acid) content of 0.18g/100ml (Max.), and a salt (by weight) amount of 1.5% +/- 0.1.
