Mirenat® - G   



Mirenat® - G is a transparent to slightly opalescent liquid. This new food preservative is based on LAE (Na-lauroyl-L-arginine ethyl ester HCl) and glycerine. Mirenat® - G has wide antimicrobial activity and is effective against gram positive bacteria, gram negative bacteria, molds, and yeasts. It has high activity against pathogens causing food borne diseases as well as spoilage microorganisms. It is approved for its use in meat and poultry products by the USDA/FSIS.
