L-Cysteine is one of the 20 natural amino acids and, besides methionine, and the only one which contains sulfur. This product has a solubility in water at 20°C of 650 g/l, a specific rotation of 5.7-6.8°, and a heavy metals content of max. 10.0 ppm.
