Cosphaderm® E NGM comprises of hydrolysed lecithin and soy bean oil. The naturally occurring ratio between the different phospholipids and glycosides typically found in soy are kept. Lysolecithin is a special derivative of lecithin in which one fatty acid is replaced by an OH-group. This exchange results in increased emulsifying and dispersion properties in aqueous media compared to common lecithins.
