Poliattivante F

Poliattivante F, when added to the must at the beginning of the fermentation compensates for eventual nutritional deficiencies. It is particularly useful in musts which are excessively clear because the cellulose, which is the same one present in Polimersei, exerts an effect similar to having turbidity in the must. When added during the fermentation, Poliattivante supports the yeast by dispersing them better in the media and supplies a detoxification action because it absorbs medium-chain-length fatty acids (C6-C8-C10) which are produced during normal anaerobic yeast metabolism. Poliattivante F is the version without sulfates and is used when the sulfate content of the wine should not be raised.
