Lacto 300 S is a non-hyrogentated, fractioned vegetable oil obtained from African palm. This product has a low content of trans fatty acids, can increase shelf life, and can be easily incorporated in the whole system. Lacto 300 S can be used as a milk fat substitute in the preparation of ice cream, milk recombination, yogurt, milk desserts, caramel spread, and cheese.
