Delicate Foundation has extremely light but buildable coverage for a finish that enhances the look of skin and covers imperfections without masking the natural complexion. Water-based GLW Iron Oxide dispersions impart color and are an easy addition into the water phase. FADM65UTB dispersion made with versatile TTB treated pigmentary TiO2, provides opacity and coverage. The lightweight feel of this formula is made possible by separation of color dispersions and treated TiO2 dispersion in different carriers into 2 phases of the formula.
