VIVAPUR® MCG 811 F is a cellulose gel, co-processed with cellulose gum in form of a dispersable powder. By using shear energy (dissolver, kneader) it is possible to convert VIVAPUR® MCG 811 F into a (thermo-)stable, thixotropic gel, with anti-setting properties, which improves the rheology of water-based systems. VIVAPUR® MCG 811 F is a compound of EU approved food additives which comply with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. JRS products are based on natural materials. We strive to maximize the value of plant based sidestreams via extracting biodegradable additives for manifold applications. Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
