Kalama® C-6 Aldehyde FCC (CAS no. 66-25-1) has an earthy, vegetative flavor that can be reminiscent of apple, citrus, and orange. It is used in food applications, such as strawberry aromas and lemon oils, as well as in candy and gums to produce fruity flavors. It is also known as hexanal, hexyl aldehyde, or caproaldehyde. Kalama C-6 Aldehyde FCC is an FDA approved, GRAS flavoring substance (21 CFR § 172.515) and is produced using the highest standards for quality, safety, and sustainability, including ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, and ISO 14001:2015. Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
