Kalama® Cinnamic Aldehyde FCC (CAS no. 104-55-2) is an aromatic aldehyde that is nature identical to the main constituent of cassia and cinnamon bark oils. It is used in flavoring compounds at concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 0.8%, and it is especially popular in bakery goods, chewing gum, candy, and mouthwash. It is also known as cinnamaldehyde. Kalama Cinnamic Alcohol FCC is an FDA approved, GRAS flavoring substance (21 CFR § 182.60) and is produced using the highest standards for quality, safety, and sustainability, including ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, and ISO 14001:2015. Find the link to your List page in the user menu.

You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
