Temp Pro+™ is a whey protein hydrolysate modified to obtain unique functional properties. Leprino Foods’ patent pending technology makes Temp Pro + unique for protein fortification and stability.

Temp Pro+™ may be used in food products as a rich source of whey proteins. Its unique functional properties are well suited to high heat and other applications where water binding (and thus gel formation, hardening, etc.) is not desired. It performs especially well in retorted, UHT, and aseptic beverages and in nutritional bars. Temp Pro + can successfully replace expensive caseinates and milk protein isolate in many applications including beverages up to 12% protein and beyond.
