Low Moisture Pregel Flour 7403 is for use as a binding agent in extruded products such as cereals, snack foods or pastas. It is also used in dough conditioners and as a thickening agent in gravies and sauces. Low Moisture Pregel Flour 7403 has a moisture content of 8.0% and a fat content of 1.0%.
