Hilmar™ 8610 High Gel Whey Protein Concentrate, is a food additive, an 80% whey protein concentrate specially designed to improve texture in an array of products, including RTD beverages, protein bars, bakery, nutritional fortification, dairy, frozen desserts, confectionery, medical nutrition, savory, soups, sauces, salad dressings, meats and surimi. It is derived from fresh, sweet dairy whey processed by a special cross-flow filtration process.

They produce large runs of whey protein isolate, hydrolysate and concentrate, as well as ultra refined, refined and edible lactose. The whey protein concentrate line offers specialty proteins including alpha-lactalbumin enriched, high gelling and lactose-free. The whey protein hydrolysate line includes several levels for options in nutritional value, texture improvements and flavor. Finally the whey protein isolates includes proteins for low pH formulations, dry mixes and clear beverages.
