Balsamic Vinegar (Imported) is the product of the alcoholic and subsequent acetous fermentation of the heated and caramelized juice of trebbiano or other grapes produced in Italy. The product is prepared in accordance with the best commercial practice following the federal guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices.

Balsamic Vinegar (Imported) has a grain strength (% acid X 10)(analyzed by volume) of 60 grain minimum, a brix level of 17° - 20°, and a residual alcohol (single strength) amount of 0.5% maximum.
