GRINDSTED® Pectin AMD 383 is ideal for yogurt drinks, acidified milk drinks, milk/fruit drinks and nutritional beverages. It is also designed for whey and vegetable protein based beverages and creamy liquor. This product has a velvety, rich creamy mouthfeel, medium to high viscosity, stabilizes proteins to prevent precipitin cause by effects of the pH value or heat treatments, and prevents whey separation.
