Kaofat 100 H is cocoa butter substitute (CBS) with an excellent mouth melting point. This product has a non lauric origin and is obtained through fractioning and hydrogenating of palm kernel oil. It has a high fingerprint resistance in tropical weathers that does not require tempering. Kaofat 100 H is for the use in chocolate and confectionery industries and in the preparation of molded chocolates with up to 5% compatibility.
