DABCO® NE 1091 is a highly efficient low emissive gel catalyst suitable for replacement of traditional TEDA catalysts like DABCO® 33 LV or DABCO® EG. It can be used to improve humid aging properties.
DABCO® T 9 (stannous octoate) is a strong metal based urethane (polyol-isocyanate) catalyst that is primarily used in flexible slabstock polyurethane foams.
POLYCAT® SA 1/10 is an acid-free heat activated catalyst that provides excellent back-end cure. Can provide an extended pot life. It stays liquid at low temperature.
POLYCAT® SA 20 is a DBT-free low emission gelling catalyst that gives a back-end cure similar to a tin catalyst and a similar working time as an amine catalyst.
POLYCAT® SA 4 is a heat activated catalyst that provides excellent back-end cure. Can provide an extended pot life. It stays liquid at low temperature. Is has higher de-blocking temperature and longer pot life time than POLYCAT® SA 1/10.
POLYCAT® SA 5 is a gelling catalyst that gives a back-end cure similar to a tin catalyst and a similar working time as an amine catalyst. It is recommended to use in conjunction with DABCO® BA 100 to improve pot life time.
