Kalama® Benzaldehyde FCC is known for its uniquely sweet character and notes of cherry and almond. Kalama® Benzaldehyde FCC grade is a highly valued, food-grade, GRAS (21 CFR §182.60) flavor ingredient. it is often used as a building block in the synthesis of fragrances such as rose and jasmine, used in soaps and perfumes.
