ETHOXCARE® HCO- 40 is a 100% active nonionic surfactant, the polyethylene glycol ether of hydrogenated castor oil with an average of 40 repeating units of ethylene glycol. It can be used in combination or combined with other surfactants to achieve any required HLB. Since it is completely saturated, it is more stable and lighter in color than the analogous unsaturated castor oil materials. It is useful as an emulsifier for making oil-in-water emulsions but specific members of this series also have additional benefits. ETHOXCARE® HCO-40 is useful as a detergent and solubilizer. ETHOXCARE® HCO surfactants conform to a specification of 1ppm max for residual ethylene oxide and 10ppm max for 1,4-dioxane and are all palm-oil free.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
