This intense black gel eyeliner is created to be applied with a fine eyeliner brush. It goes on smoothly and can be smudged before drying if preferred. Once dry, the color film is non-sticky, long-lasting, waterproof and smudgeproof. BBO- I2, ITT treated black iron oxide pigment, is dispersible in many esters, natural oils, and hydrocarbons at over 70% solids, and is used to impart the intense black color. PM WAX 82 is a combination of waxes used to give structure to the eyeliner. KOBOGUARD® 5400 IDD ensures the great adhesion and water and rub resistance of the product. The microsphere MSS- 500/3H is an oil absorbing hollow silica which is utilized to help improve payoff and provide a smooth and creamy application.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
