CareRice™ is a line of all natural, high quality, gluten free rice flours. The flours are stabilized using Caremoli’s proprietary thermo-physical processing technology. Some products in the portfolio are further processed to yield pregelatinized flours. Products are made in our certified gluten free facility in Italy. It is gluten free, all natural with no chemical modifications or additions.
CareRice™ products are used to replace fat and modified starch in bakery fillings, improve crust texture in bread, replace modified starches, viscosify and stabilize, improve mouthfeel and product cling in soups and sauces. It may also be used in the production of gluten free fresh and extruded pastas with good strength, flexibility and cohesiveness and used to manage water, improve mouthfeel, and bind fat from cheeses and meats in pasta fillings and is a fat and egg replacement in gelato and ice cream

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
