Natrosol™ 250 HHR hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) is an off-white powder that is easily dispersed and dissolved in cold or hot water, to produce solutions of varying viscosities. It is used as a viscosity and rheology modifier, protective colloid, water retention agent, stabilizer, and suspending agent, particularly in those applications where a nonionic material is desired. Natrosol can be used in formulations for dishwashing, fabric care, and hard surface cleaning. Additional grades are available. view less
