EM 995 is a DEA-free tall oil fatty amide designed for use in water soluble metalworking fluids. It imparts lubricity, corrosion protection, improved metal wetting and secondary emulsification abilities. Additionally, it can be used as an alkaline reserve and as a viscosity builder in synthetics and semi-synthetics. EM 995 can be formulated into soluble oils, synthetics, and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids.
