Free of octocrylene, oxtinoxate (ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, and oxybenzone (benzophenone-3), this SPF 30 sunscreen can boast global compliance with the exception of China. Itis a stable formulation despite using no emulsifiers. The combination of Hallstar Octyl Isononanoate, SolaStay S1, and HallBrite BHB helps polarity, viscosity, and density to formtwo phases. Colipa Guideline(2011) delivered SPF ~32, PFA (PPD) ~12, UVA1/UV = 0.86, and critical wavelength = 378nm.
