SeraSol SC 84 is a carefully formulated mixture of silicone polyethers, Cyclopentasiloxane and water, designed specifically to assist in the production of water-in-oil (W/O) formulations, especially water in-silicone (W/Si) emulsions where volatile silicones are used. It is, in itself a product with two phases. An external silicone and an internal aqueous one. It is therefore also a useful delivery vehicle for polar and non-polar ingredients especially emollients, antiperspirant actives and pigments for inclusion in W/O formulations.
