The increase in ceramide thickens the lamellar structure of the stratum corneum and greatly decreases transpidermal water loss. Furtermore, Amitose 3LGA also boosts the intracellular antioxidant system by removing reactive oxygen species (ROS) thus providing enhanced anti-pollution effect.
