Using this concentrate will help to eliminate expensive heating and time consuming controlled cooling steps normally associated with processing solid pearlising ingredients, as well as ensuring consistent performance. The use of this product removes the need for expensive heating equipment which would normally be required for incorporation of a solid pearling agent.
