Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) is a natural milk fat with a higher shelf life compared to texturized butter. This product is most commonly used in chocolate, ice cream, flavor, soup, sauce, mashed potatoes, processed cheese, dairy spread, soft candy, and other dairy product applications.
