High Oleic Sunflower Oil

High Oleic Sunflower Oil is made from the seeds of a sunflower. It is a food additive used in the reduction in consumption of saturated fats, trans-fatty acids, or hydrogenated oils. It is a light yellow to a goldish color and is in the form of an oily liquid. It has a neutral smell and taste and is 83% Oleic Oil. High Oleic Sunflower Oil is used as dairy substitutes, salad and frying oils, spray oil for fruits, cereals, and granola, and in the manufacturing of confectionary products.
