Nigella Seeds, otherwise known as black cumin seeds, derive from the fennel flower plant. This product appears as black seeds with a pronounced aroma and spicy, sour taste. It can be used in special breads, cookies and cakes, and as a seasoning.

PANEMEX began in the mill and started it's first diversification in the late 80s when they began to manufacture products for specialty flours and Front baking. Now they are a global supplier of premixes and seed mixes for special breads to wholesalers, manufacturers and millers. They offer their customers custom blends based on cubes of fruit, flour, flakes and/or grains.
