Cosmeserve WP-40W is an aqueous dispersion with a fluidity that is converted to lower order particles in water so that the fine particle titanium oxide treated with silica is 40%. By coating the surface of fine particle titanium oxide with silica, the surface activity is reduced as much as possible, so that it has excellent compatibility with water soluble polymers.
