Clove Bud CO2-SE Extract (organic) is a clear yellow liquid with aromatic clove flavor. This product is produced by supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals and no reproducible microorganisms.
Ideal for application in the food industry, in the confectionery industry, as flavor in spice mixtures, in the pharmacy industry as antisepticum, i.e. in tooth paste, as antioxidant because of the antioxidative effect of eugenol.
