Nequat™ DBS is a unique combination of safflower derived Dimer Dilinoleate, coconut derived Lauramine and rapeseed oil derived Behenyl quat and is supplied as a 35% active, volatile-free, self-emulsifying flake. As a combined C72 amine salt/quat complex, Nequat™ DBS offers exceptional softening and detangling of the hair. This product is a safe choice for leave-on skin care applications and is a very effective cationic emulsifier that creates luxurious, creamy emulsions that gives hair and skin a silky-smooth and velvety feel.
