BEST Acidulated Malt is a functional malt produced from quality barley in accordance with the purity guidelines of the German Reinheitsgebot. In brewing, it reduces the pH of the mash, resulting in improved enzyme activity, greater yield, and increased flavor stability, as well as a lighter color and balanced aroma in the finished beer. This product is ideal for use in a wide variety of beer applications.
