HACC Prills

HACC Prills are small, spherical shapes that add color to food products. This product remains concealed in an application until heat is applied, which triggers the color to activate. Their carrier material is oil/wax, they are water insoluble, have a melting point of 65 - 80 degrees Celsius, are not temperature resistant, and have a particle size of 800u. HACC Prills come in a variety of color options. HACC Prills can be used in a variety of food and beverage products, including dairy, processed food, and snack food.
