Alkalized Cocoa Liquor

Alkalized Cocoa Liquor is a product obtained by grinding cocoa seeds that were previously removed from their shells, roasted and alkalized. The obtained paste can be used for producing cocoa butter and cocoa powder, or for the manufacture of chocolates. This product is made from the cocoa seeds Theobroma cacao, family Malvaceae Linnaeus.
