Tapioca Starch is extracted from the roots of the cassava plant (Manihot esculenta). It is an industrial food ingredient recognized by its gelatinization at lower temperature, high bonding ability with water, neutral taste, and excellent viscosity. This product is an excellent thickener and stabilizer.
